The Remedy Project / ReAct – Post-graduate Fellowship Opportunity

The Remedy Project, a prominent social enterprise, and its sister NGO ReAct, are driven by a passion for improving protections for workers in global supply chains and combating trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation. We pride ourselves in being a bridge that works with governments, civil society actors, and the private sector to advance responsible business conduct and workers’ rights globally.

Founded by Archana Kotecha, an award-winning UK qualified barrister, our team is anchored in expertise, legal innovation, and a rights-holder-centric perspective. Our experience includes designing supplier codes aligned with human rights policies in the Asia-Pacific region and developing guidelines with global partners for fair and ethical recruitment across migration corridors. As the regulatory landscape continually shifts globally, we stay at the forefront to empower communities and stakeholders with expertise and actionable insights.

ABOUT US

The Remedy Project is seeking post-graduate fellows to join our team and work on pivotal human rights issues related to responsible business conduct, anti-human-trafficking, and corporate accountability. As a fellow, you will:

  • Continuous Learning: Attend conferences on responsible business conduct, reviewing colleagues’ works, and participating actively in team discussions.

  • Expand your Network: Liaise with various stakeholders, nurturing cross-sector relationships and spotting potential opportunities to enhance our impact for workers.

  • Travel and Engage: There will likely be occasional travel, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region, to meet with stakeholders and implement projects.
